1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are a contract between you and RedditAi, trading as ReddSignal ("RedditAi", "we", "us"), the provider of the RedditAi AI sales signal platform (the "Service"), available at reddsignal.co. By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

2. What the Service does

RedditAi monitors publicly available discussions (initially on Reddit), analyses them with AI, scores them for commercial relevance, and suggests draft replies. Outputs are research assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing anything you post publicly and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you use, including Reddit's user agreement and content policy.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud, spam, or mass unsolicited messaging;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping beyond permitted use;
  • use outputs to harass, deceive, impersonate, or generate misleading content, or to evade the moderation rules of any third-party platform;
  • upload content you do not have the rights to use.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses generative AI to summarise posts, score opportunities, and draft replies. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying accuracy, and for how you use outputs. You must hold the rights to any content you submit. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your inputs and are responsible for the outputs you choose to publish. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe our acceptable use rules have been broken. Rights holders can contact us to request a takedown; repeated infringement will result in termination.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. Third-party data sources may change or restrict access at any time.

9. Payment and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan term you select until cancelled. Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends and your data may be exported on request within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedditAi is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
