RedditAi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including change of mind — on both monthly and annual plans.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email us at support@reddsignal.co and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within the first 30 days you can also request a refund as described above.

Renewals and other cases

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us — we will review it and, in most cases, refund a recently renewed term. Statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal under consumer law, are unaffected by this policy. Additional cases are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
